Delivery Times
Each piece made by hand or to order will have a slightly different lead time. Items that are in stock will ship in 2 - 5 business days. Lead times are usually up to 4 weeks for items made to order.
Estimated shipping times:
North America — 3-7 business days
Europe — 1-4 weeks
Rest of World – 3-4 weeks
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please keep in mind that the shipping times do not include manufacturing times and must be added on to the total number of days. For instance, if it takes 2-5 business days to make a piece of jewellery it will then take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive in the post if you live in North America for example.
Urgent Orders
If you require an item for a specific date or really urgently please contact us before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. We will do our best to meet any deadlines.

We also offer an upgraded shipping option if you prefer your items to be covered by insurance or if the item needs to arrive faster. You can choose which method of shipping you prefer at checkout. We always advise to pick the insured option for peace of mind as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of parcels handled by the carrier.

Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond our control, and entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Mirus Atelier piece.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.
If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Original postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
A small 15% restocking fee of the original item price will apply.
*Earrings and custom made and altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).
*Items purchased on sale or via a special promotion cannot be returned.
*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
