This one-of-a-kind pendant began its life as an antique stick pin and has been thoughtfully transformed into a wearable charm in solid 14k gold. At its centre rests a luminous black opal, alive with flashes of electric blue and green that shift with every movement of light.
I call this piece The Eye of Light.
Across many ancient cultures, the eye appears as a protective amulet, a symbol meant to watch over the wearer. Here, the opal itself becomes that eye, glowing from within and revealing new colours each time it moves.
